I sure wasn’t waiting for it, but it still came. It’s been two full years. I wish I could collect the relief I feel today and put it in a jar for years down the road. I thought something inside me died that day; I could never be the same person I was. I was right…I’m not the same person, but I definitely love the person I have become. Times do get incredibly hard, but nothing will ever be harder then those first months. I have become a much more humble and caring person. I hated those guys. I wanted to destroy them like they did me, but now they are just my ugly past. I can’t say I’m glad it happened, I don’t think I ever will but at least I became a better person from it. I only look back and smile because I know how far I’ve came. :)

I don’t count calories, I count grams of protein. Lol if you’re eating healthy it shouldn’t matter. Stay positive, keep motivational quotes around, and rest days are needed. :)

Oh man lets see here. I work out 2 days on, 1 day off. I alternate muscle groups. I’m a normal healthy eater, I try to keep my protein intake around 100g (should be more). Remember to work your back muscles just as well as your abs! For girls, you have to be on the lean side for abs to see; which is about 18%, the lower body fat you have the easier those babies will shine.
